在医疗改革呼声日益高涨和医疗市场竞争不断加剧的今天,我国医院目前正向文化竞争发展。绩效考核是医院管理的一个重要手段和方法 ,是对管理目标实现和评估的客观、公正的体现。如何将更科学的考核体系和良性竞争的动态机制融入到医院评估比较之中,暂时很难找到一套成熟而又实用的评估体系,这是目前各医院管理者迫切需要研究与探讨的重要课题。在研究和探索过程中,希望达到强化市直医院管理者的经营意识,发现医院管理中的薄弱环节,为医院领导提供科学的决策和管理模式,促进公立医院持续健康发展的目标。
At a time when the voice of medical reform is getting louder and the competition in the medical market is getting worse, the hospital in our country is currently developing towards a culture of competition. Performance evaluation is an important means and method of hospital management, which is an objective and fair reflection of the realization and assessment of management objectives. How to integrate a more scientific assessment system and the dynamic mechanism of benign competition into the hospital evaluation and comparison, it is very difficult to find a set of mature and practical evaluation system for the moment, which is an important issue urgently needed by hospital managers for research and discussion. . In the process of research and exploration, we hope to achieve the goal of strengthening the management awareness of hospital managers and discovering the weak links in hospital management so as to provide hospital leaders with scientific decision-making and management modes and to promote the sustainable and healthy development of public hospitals.
