采用幅度上升时间补偿(ARC)定时技术,测量了42厘米~3同轴锗锂探测器不同能区范围的时间分辨特性。对~(22)Na源511千电子伏光电峯,FWHM为4.3毫微秒,FWTM为8.8毫微秒,FW(0.01)M为19.8毫微秒;对~(60)Co源大于1兆电子伏光电峯,FWHM为2.6毫微秒,FWTM为5.7毫微秒,FW(0.01)M为11.3毫微秒。
The time-resolved characteristics of different energy ranges of 42 cm ~ 3 coaxial lithium-germanium detector were measured by amplitude-rise time compensation (ARC) timing technique. The source of ~ (22) Na was 511 keV, FWHM was 4.3 ns, FWTM was 8.8 ns, FW (0.01) M was 19.8 ns, and ~ 60 Co source was greater than 1 trillion electrons Volt peak, FWHM 2.6 ns, FWTM 5.7 ns, FW (0.01) M 11.3 ns.
