用高脂肪膳食、高胆固醇膳食、高糖膳食和高蛋白质膳食造成SD大鼠不同的实验模型,用姜黄醇提取物进行治疗。结果证明喂饲高脂肪使动物血清TG和LDL-C增高,HDL-C降低,肝TG和TC均升高,加服姜黄醇提取物使上述各项指标均得到部分纠正;喂饲高胆固醇使动物血清TC和LDL-C增高,肝TG和TC也增高,加服姜黄醇提取物使血清TC、LDL-C和肝TC均明显降低;喂饲高糖使动物血清TC、LDL-C及肝TG显著提高,加服县黄醇提取物使血清TC、LDL-C和肝TG得到部分纠正;喂饲高蛋白质使血清TG和HDL-C降低,LDL-C明显增高,加服姜黄醇提取物使血清HDL-C增高,LDL-C降低。
Different experimental models of SD rats were made with a high-fat diet, a high-cholesterol diet, a high-sugar diet, and a high protein diet, and treated with curcumin extract. The results showed that feeding high fat increased animal serum TG and LDL-C levels, lowered HDL-C levels, increased liver TG and TC levels, and increased the above-mentioned indexes by adding turmeric alcohol extracts; Animal serum TC and LDL-C increased, liver TG and TC also increased, plus turmeric alcohol extracts to make serum TC, LDL-C and liver TC were significantly reduced; feeding high glucose makes animal serum TC, LDL-C and liver TG was significantly improved. Addition of flavonol extracts to the diets partially corrected serum TC, LDL-C, and hepatic TG; feeding of high protein reduced serum TG and HDL-C, and LDL-C increased significantly, adding turmeric alcohol extracts. Increase serum HDL-C and decrease LDL-C.
