大鼠腹腔细胞在酵母聚糖的刺激下,合成及释放前列腺素E_2(PGE_2),巨噬细胞为产生前列腺素E_2的主要细胞。雷公藤红素0.1～1.0μg/ml明显抑制由酵母聚糖诱导合成及释放的前列腺素E_2。雷公藤红素1.0μg/ml还能抑制巨噬细胞的吞噬作用。
Rat peritoneal cells were stimulated by zymosan to synthesize and release prostaglandin E 2 (PGE 2 ), and macrophages were the main cells producing prostaglandin E 2 . Tripterine 0.1 to 1.0 μg/ml significantly inhibited prostaglandin E 2 induced by zymosan. Tripterine 1.0 μg/ml can also inhibit phagocytosis of macrophages.
