左氧氟沙星和莫西沙星对耐多药肺结核患者的治疗效果对比观察

目的:比较左氧氟沙星与莫西沙星治疗耐多药肺结核(MDR-TB)的临床疗效.方法:2017年1月-2018年1月收治MDR-TB患者72例,随机分为两组,各36例.左氧氟沙星组给予左氧氟沙星治疗;莫西沙星组给予莫西沙星治疗.比较两组临床疗效.结果:莫西沙星组治疗总有效率显著高于左氧氟沙星组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).莫西沙星组3个月及6个月痰菌转阴率显著高于左氧氟沙星组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:相比左氧氟沙星,莫西沙星治疗MDR-TB临床效果更好.
