本文主要运用了文献资料法、观察法、逻辑分析法对排球运动员在比赛期表现出的不良心理状态进行分析,将运动员的不良心理状态整合为:兴奋过早型、情绪淡漠型、心理焦虑型、胆怯型、注意力分散型、盲目乐观型、过度紧张型、自满型、失落型九大主要类型。并结合比赛期的特点,对如何调整比赛期排球运动员的不良心理提出了适应性训练、动机训练、注意力训练、思维阻断训练、诱导训练、想象训练、局间放松训练、冥想训练、户外练习、总结反馈十种针对性的训练方法和手段,为排球运动员在比赛时发挥更好的水平,提高运动技能和运动成绩提供理论与实践依据。
This article mainly uses the literature review, the observation method and the logical analysis method to analyze the unhealthy state of the volleyball players during the competition period, and integrates the unhealthy state of the athletes into: premature excitement, indifference, psychological anxiety , Timid type, distractibility, blind optimism, excessive tension, complacency, loss of the nine major types. Based on the characteristics of the competition period, this paper puts forward adaptive training, motivation training, attention training, thinking blocking training, induction training, imagination training, inter-office relaxation training, meditation training, outdoor recreation on how to adjust the bad mentality of the volleyball players during the competition period. Practice and summarize ten targeted training methods and means to provide theoretical and practical basis for volleyball players to play a better level during the competition and improve their motor skills and performance.
