为了评价干法外掺橡胶粉对连续级配的适应性及性能影响,采用车辙试验、低温弯曲试验和水稳定性试验分别对基准沥青混合料和外掺橡胶粉的沥青混合料进行了性能评价。结果表明:外掺0.5%40目橡胶粉对连续密级配沥青混合料具有良好的适应性,不会破坏混合料原有结构;同时,高温性能和低温性能有明显改善,而水稳定性基本保持不变。
In order to evaluate the adaptability and performance of dry-blended rubber powder to continuous grading, the performance of asphalt mixture with reference asphalt mixture and asphalt mixture with rubber powder was evaluated by using rutting test, low-temperature bending test and water stability test . The results show that the addition of 0.5% 40 mesh rubber powder has good adaptability to continuous dense graded asphalt mixture and will not destroy the original structure of the mixture. At the same time, the high temperature performance and low temperature performance are obviously improved, while the water stability is basically maintained constant.
