为积极探索完成国家及全市统计报表任务、服务地区经济发展、减轻基层报表单位负担的最佳契合点和有效途径,渝中区统计局在建立完善服务业统计报表制度的基础上,积极推进统计方法制度改革,于2009年6月率先探索启动了基层单位“一套表”改革,经过近两年的努力,取得初步成效。
