该文在概述中药复方作用特点、作用原理研究现状的基础上,首次提出中药复方适度调节原理(moderation-integrated-balance presupposition)新假说,并对中药复方新药转化中的药理学问题作相关讨论,对于加快中药复方新药转化、构建适合中药特点的新药创新与审评体系具有重要价值。
On the basis of summarizing the characteristics and the principle of action of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), the paper first proposes a new hypothesis of moderation-integrated-balance presupposition and discusses the pharmacological problems in the transformation of new Chinese medicine compound drugs. It is of great value to speed up the transformation of new drugs in traditional Chinese medicine and to establish a new drug innovation and evaluation system that is suitable for the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine.
