雷达中含有大量非线性元件,工作时呈连续脉冲特性,增加了选配电源的难度。文中提出一种连续脉冲模拟装置,将复杂的雷达系统简化为整流器模块、直流开关模块、负载模块,利用绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)控制多组电阻负载的投切模拟脉冲负载的功率突变,通过设置直流开关的触发脉冲来实现不同的开关周期与占空比,还通过改变接人电路的电阻组数实现不同的脉冲负载峰值功率,并以滤波电容C、导通时间T_S、占空比D、功率P_L四个参数表示雷达脉冲负载,分析了装置工作原理,设计了控制电路,研制了实物装置,最后通过实验验证了连续脉冲模拟装置的工作特性。

The working principle of the device is analyzed. The control circuit is designed and the physical device is developed. Finally, the working characteristics of the continuous pulse simulation device are verified through experiments.
