为建立烟草样品中11种氨基甲酸酯农药残留的分析方法,采用液相色谱-质谱/质谱(LC-MS-MS)联用分析技术,使用丙酮/水溶液振荡提取烟草中的农药残留成分,萃取液经过二氯甲烷液液分配,然后采用固相萃取柱(NH2)净化。使用反相液相色谱对农残样品进行分离,以氘代甲萘威为内标,采用多反应监控模式(MRM)进行定量分析。结果表明,当加标质量浓度水平为0.05、0.2、0.4μg/g时,平均加标回收率为69.2%~121.0%,相对标准偏差为1.0%~12.0%。
In order to establish a method for the determination of 11 carbamate pesticide residues in tobacco samples, the pesticide residues in tobacco were extracted by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry / mass spectrometry (LC-MS-MS) The extract was partitioned with dichloromethane and purified with a solid phase extraction cartridge (NH2). Residual pesticide residues were separated using reversed-phase liquid chromatography. Deuterocarb was used as an internal standard and quantitative analysis was performed using multiple reaction monitoring (MRM). The results showed that the spiked recoveries ranged from 69.2% to 121.0% and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) ranged from 1.0% to 12.0% at 0.05, 0.2 and 0.4 μg / g respectively.
