我国担保法第75、76条规定：汇票权利可以质押；我国票据法第27、34条规定：出票人、背书人在汇票上记载“不得转让”字样的，汇票不得转让、但是我国担保法、票据法都没有明确规定记载“不得转让”字样的汇票是否可以质押。有些票据法教科书云：背书从其目的上可以分为两类；
