基于阴阳气化的思维,以六经之气升降气机为角度,从“欲解”时态探析《伤寒论》阴阳六经病证的升降病机演变及证治方药.文章先从元气与阴阳之气、阴阳之气与升降制化、升降失常与阴阳六气之病证、阴阳升降与六经欲解“时”关联等方面对元气升降与阴阳气化六经进行辨析,再从升降失常角度具体论述三阳三阴(六经)病病机及证治方药.以期从阴阳升降气化的传统理论思维去统观与认识六经病脉证辨治,有助继承气化理论,贯通中医经典,灵活运用经方,对于临床辨治思维水平有提升意义.
