目的:应用高效液相色谱法测定芙蓉抗流感片中槲皮素和山柰素的含量。方法:用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;流动相:甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(55:45);检测波长为360nm;流速:1ml/min;柱温:30℃。结果:槲皮素的线性范围为43.68~393.12?g(r=0.9996),回收率为95.32~99.84%,RSD=1.87%;山柰素的线性范围为40.56~365.04?g(r=0.9999),回收率为95.32~99.42%,RSD=1.79%。结论:本方法稳定,重复性好,精密度高,结果准确。
Objective: To determine the contents of quercetin and kaempferol in hibiscus anti-influenza tablets by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: The octadecylsilane bonded silica gel was used as the filler. The mobile phase was methanol - 0.4% phosphoric acid solution (55:45). The detection wavelength was 360 nm. The flow rate was 1 ml / min. The column temperature was 30 ℃. Results: The linear range of quercetin was 43.68 ~ 393.12 μg (r = 0.9996), the recovery was 95.32 ~ 99.84% and the RSD was 1.87%. The linear range of kaempferol was 40.56 ~ 365.04 μg (r = 0.9999) , The recovery was 95.32 ~ 99.42%, RSD = 1.79%. Conclusion: The method is stable, good repeatability, high precision and accurate results.
