目的探讨MSCTA在颅内动脉瘤中的临床应用价值及全面、合理评价颅内动脉瘤的影像学方法。方法收集在本院行MSCTA检查的颅内动脉瘤36例,使用PhilipsLightspeed 16CT机,图像经二维及三维后处理得VR、MPR、MIP图像。其中16例行DSA检查,并比较两者图像上的差异。结果MSCTA立体、直观脑血管空间解剖细节,可充分观察到动脉瘤的准确起源、瘤体大小、颈部宽窄及走向等。35例中与手术及DSA对照,准确率达100%。三维成像中以容积显示图像为最佳。3D-MSCTA与3D-DSA比较,在显示动脉瘤形态及瘤颈方面无明显差异。结论MSCTA是一种无创性成像方法,在颅内动脉瘤诊断及术前、术后评价中发挥着重要作用,可以作为动脉瘤的首选检查方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of MSCTA in intracranial aneurysms and the imaging method of evaluating intracranial aneurysms comprehensively and rationally. Methods Thirty-six cases of intracranial aneurysms examined by MSCTA were collected in this hospital. The images were processed by Philips Lightspeed 16CT machine and the images were processed by 2D and 3D to obtain VR, MPR and MIP images. DSA was performed in 16 of them and the differences between the two images were compared. Results MSCTA stereotactic, intuitive cerebral vascular space anatomical details, we can fully observe the exact origin of aneurysm, tumor size, neck width and direction. 35 cases and surgery and DSA control, the accuracy rate of 100%. Volumetric display of images is best in 3D imaging. Compared with 3D-DSA, 3D-MSCTA showed no significant difference in the morphology of aneurysms and tumor neck. Conclusion MSCTA is a noninvasive imaging method that plays an important role in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms and in the evaluation of preoperative and postoperative evaluation. It can be used as the first choice for aneurysms.
