图书馆业务的改进和图书情报提供的方式、方法的改进,取决于很多因素。在这诸因素中,首先是图书情报专门人才的培养。因此,图书馆界的领导和学者已注意到培养具有较高技能的图书馆工作人员的问题。俄罗斯联邦文化部和苏联高等教育部图书馆学高等教育教学法委员会曾为此召开过会议。然而会议所涉及的主要是改进教学计划的必要性、某些学科现有大纲的增删和某些课程课时的增减等问题。我们认为,在图书馆学高等教育改革中,对图书馆事业理论和实践的认识还只是处在讨论阶段。但其改革设想之一,目前已在克麦罗沃国立文化学院付诸实施。
The improvement of library operations and the way in which library information is provided and the improvement of methods depend on many factors. Among these factors, the first is the cultivation of library and information specialists. As a result, leaders and academics in the library community have taken note of the issue of developing library staff with higher skills. The Russian Federation Ministry of Culture and the Soviet Ministry of Higher Education Library Science Pedagogy Committee had held a meeting. However, the meeting mainly covered the necessity of improving the teaching plan, additions and deletions of existing syllabuses in some disciplines and the increase or decrease of some course hours. In our opinion, in the reform of higher education in library science, the understanding of the theory and practice of library services is only in the discussion stage. However, one of the reforms envisaged is now being implemented at the Kemerovo National Cultural Institute.
