检察机关终结性法律文书公开是顺应新一轮司法体制改革要求,深化检务公开,促进检察机关严格规范执法和提升执法公信力的重要举措。检察机关公开终结性法律文书只是处在一个实验和探索尝试阶段,没有统一的标准可以借鉴,文章以检察院侦查监督部门为视角,从公开的终结性法律文书的种类、内容、公开的现实意义等方面进行探讨,以期对法律文书的公开推广普及提供有效的帮助。
