一、概述由于钢一般是在大气气氛中冶炼,所以钢中必然含有氢、氧、氮等有害气体。采用通常加脱氧剂的办法来脱氧,所生成的氧化夹杂物也难免有不少残留于钢中。正是这些气体和夹杂物往往使钢产生种种缺陷。人们为了消除钢中的有害气体和夹杂物,增添有益成份,不断地进行了各方面的努力。利用真空处理来达到上述目的是这 First, an overview As the steel is generally smelting in the atmosphere, so the steel must contain hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen and other harmful gases.
