目的:探讨蛇床子香豆素补肾壮阳作用机理。方法:采用醋酸氢化可的松复制肾阳虚模型大鼠,用蛇床子素和蛇床子总香豆素(TCR)给药,并用阳性对服药物作对照,测定大鼠血浆皮质酮(B)、促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、肾素(PRA)、血管紧张素-Ⅱ(ATⅡ)和醛固酮(ALD)的浓度。结果:与正常组比较,模型组的B和ACTH浓度明显降低(P<0.01),3个用药组与模型组比较,B和ACTH显著升高(P<0.01)。但各组间的PRA、AT-Ⅱ和ALD浓度均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:蛇床子素和TCR具有保护和增强腺垂体-肾上腺皮质轴功能的作用。
Objective: To explore the mechanism of the effect of Cnidium monnieri on kidney and impotence. METHODS: Rats with kidney-yang deficiency were treated with hydrocortisone acetate and administered with osthole and total coumarin (TCR) of Cnidium monnieri (Cnidium mongholicus). The plasma corticosterone of rat was measured by positive control drug. Concentrations of ACTH, PRA, ATII, and ALD. RESULTS: Compared with the normal group, the B and ACTH concentrations in the model group were significantly lower (P<0.01). Compared with the model group, B and ACTH were significantly higher in the three drug groups (P<0.01). However, there was no significant difference in the concentrations of PRA, AT-II and ALD between groups (P>0.05). CONCLUSION: Osthole and TCR have protective and enhanced functions of the pituitary-adrenocortical axis.
