梨新品种——山农脆梨,于2012年11月通过山东省农作物品种审定委员会审定。审定编号:鲁农审2012056号。育种者:山东农业大学品种来源:杂交育种(黄金×圆黄),2002年杂交,2005年选出。特征特性:中熟砂梨品种。果实圆形或扁圆形,平均单果重445.6克,比对照品种黄金梨高38.1%。果形指数0.78。果皮淡黄褐色。果肉白色,肉质细脆,味甜香浓,可溶性固形物含量15.0%,比黄金梨高1个百分点以上,酯类香气物质含量0.58微克/克,比黄金梨高55.9%,硬度7.7千克/平方厘米。果实发育期150天左右,在
