Heilongjiang Chemical Polyvinyl Alcohol Chemical 100,000 tons of calcium carbide production project officially put into operation. The project is a key industrial promotion project in Heilongjiang Province in 2012. It is located in the He Gong River-Russia Electricity Processing Zone of Heihe Border Economic Cooperation Zone. It is composed of China Tian (Hong Kong) Chemical Industry
