本文基于产业转移的宏观背景,分析我国西部地区在承接产业转移中上市后备资源所处的现状及其存在的问题,并对此提出了相应的公司培育思路和解决对策;以期望西部地区各省份能够走出上市后备资源匮乏的困境,使更多优秀的后备资源成功上市,充分利用资本市场的融资功能,在不断做大做强自身的同时促进西部地区经济的可持续发展。
Based on the macroscopic background of industrial transfer, this paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems of the reserve resources listed in the industrial transfer in western China, and puts forward corresponding cultivation ideas and countermeasures; in order to expect the western provinces We should be able to get out of the dilemma of being a listed reserve resource, make more outstanding reserve resources available on the market, make full use of the financing function of the capital market, and continue to expand and strengthen itself while promoting the sustainable economic development in the western region.
