目的了解医院器械清洗消毒质量状况,根据发现的问题采取相应对策。方法每年从各类清洗消毒后的复用器械中随机抽样500件采用目测、放大镜下检测、白纱布擦拭和隐血试验方法进行检测。结果 2008-2010年连续3年目测合格率为94.4%～100%;放大镜下目测合格率为93.2%～100%;白纱布擦拭合格率为91.2%～98.6%;隐血试验合格率为88.0%～97.6%。结论该医院复用器械清洗质量总体较高,且呈逐年上升趋势。
Objective To understand the quality of hospital equipment cleaning and disinfection, according to the problems found to take corresponding measures. Methods A total of 500 samples were randomly selected from various types of instruments after cleaning and disinfection. Visual inspection, magnifying glass test, white gauze wiping and occult blood test were used to detect each sample. Results The visual pass rates of three consecutive years from 2008 to 2010 were 94.4% ~ 100%. The visual pass rate under the magnifying glass was 93.2% ~ 100%. The pass rate of white gauze wipe was 91.2% ~ 98.6%. The pass rate of occult blood test was 88.0% 97.6%. Conclusion The overall quality of the multiplexed instruments in this hospital is relatively high, and it shows an upward trend year by year.
