《公路安全保护条例》规定利用跨越公路的设施悬挂非公路标志的需要向公路管理机构申请,出具技术评价报告。本文针对非公路标志设置的关键指标参数展开研究,从交通安全、结构安全两方面入手,基于人机工程学与结构学理论,提出了柱式结构非公路标志指引方法以及与交通标志的设置间距;高耸式结构非公路标志的版面要求、结构设计要求等关键指标的控制技术要求。本研究成果可为非公路标志的技术评价及公路管理机构行政审批提供理论支撑。
The “Regulations on the Administration of Highway Safety” stipulate that the highway administration agencies should apply for the issuance of technical evaluation reports if they need to use off-highway facilities to hang off-road signs. Based on ergonomics and structural theory, this paper puts forward a method to guide the non-road marking of column structure and the method of setting the distance between the road signs and traffic signs ; High-rise structure of non-road signs layout requirements, structural design requirements and other key indicators of control technology requirements. The results of this research can provide theoretical support for the technical evaluation of off-highway signs and the administrative examination and approval of highway administration agencies.
