大骨节病是一种地方性疾病,病因至今未明,我国科学工作者在地方病的防治研究工作中发现,贫硒是引起大骨节病的重要因素,但环境缺硒尚不能满意地解释目前此病的流行病学(以下称流病)的所有方面。1976年苏联学者提出大骨节病是遗传性疾病[1].1985年作者在本区调查不同人口户3165家,验证该病家庭聚集性,结果提示大骨节发病家庭的成员中有可能存在对缺硒敏感的遗传素质。为此,1986年在本区进行群体遗传学调查,对大骨节病发生的遗传因素作了初步探讨,现将结果报告如下:
Kashin-Beck disease is a endemic disease, the etiology is still unknown. Our scientific workers found that selenium deficiency is an important factor causing Kashin-Beck disease. However, the lack of selenium in the environment can not satisfactorily explain the current status of the disease Epidemiology (hereinafter referred to as “flu”) in all its aspects. In 1976, Soviet scholars proposed Kashin-Beck disease is a genetic disease.1 In 1985, the authors investigated 3165 families with different population in this area to verify the family aggregation of the disease, suggesting that there may be some gaps in the family members of the disease Selenium-sensitive genetic qualities.
