《中小学教师专业标准(试行)》(以下称《专业标准》),是落实《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010~2020年)》所提出的“严格教师资质,提升教师素质,努力造就一支师德高尚、业务精湛、结构合理、充满活力的高素质专业化教师队伍”的重要举措。标准,现代汉语词典解释为“衡量事物的准则”。由此可见,《专业标准》是专业发展的标杆。通过阅读《专业标准》,学习4个基本理念,掌握包括3个维度、14个领域、61项基本要求在内的基本内容,落实四项实施建议,深感《专业标准》理念先进、结构清晰、框架完整、涉及面广、操作性强,具有专业发展评价之性质、专业发展导向之特征。有学者指出:“今天,谁也无法指望一次职前的专业
