随着信息技术的发展,用户对信息的获取和利用日益强烈,本文认为,在网络环境下,可以通过为读者提供以信息和知识为单元的多样化信息服务,来提高外文信息服务的服务质量。
With the development of information technology, the access to and use of information by users is becoming more and more intense. This paper argues that in the network environment, it is possible to improve the service quality of foreign information services by providing readers with diversified information services based on information and knowledge .
