目的寻求保守治疗异位妊娠恢复输卵管功能的新方法。方法口服自拟中药杀胚消癥汤与米非司酮治疗,观察血β-HCG及B超检测盆腔包块消失情况。月经复潮3个周期后输卵管碘油造影术观察输卵管复通情况。结果异位妊娠保守治疗成功率80%,输卵管复通率84%。结论该法治疗异位妊娠效果较好,输卵管复通率较高。
Objective To seek a conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy to restore tubal function of a new method. Methods Oral self-made Chinese medicine to kill embryo soup and mifepristone treatment, blood β-HCG and B-detection of pelvic mass disappearance. Menstrual resuscitation after 3 cycles of tubal lipiodol angiography observe tubal recanalization situation. Results The success rate of conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy was 80% and the tubal recanalization rate was 84%. Conclusion The method of treatment of ectopic pregnancy better, tubal recurrence rate higher.
