学习型组织是一种先进的管理理念,创建学习型医院是医院发展的需要,为医院的健康发展提供了一种新的理论、思路和方法。本文基于学习型组织理论,就创建学习型医院的必要性和理论本质进行了分析探讨,从注重启动因素、关注促进及限制因素、重在建设等角度提出了创建学习型医院的基本思路。
Learning organization is a kind of advanced management idea. The establishment of learning hospital is the need of hospital development, which provides a new theory, train of thought and method for the healthy development of hospital. Based on the theory of learning organization, this paper analyzes the necessity and the nature of the theory of establishing a learning hospital, and puts forward the basic idea of creating a learning hospital from the perspectives of focusing on starting factors, promoting and restricting factors and focusing on construction.
