在我国的现有企业中,大多数是中小企业,对于中小企业而言,在人力、物力、财力等各方面都远逊于大型企业。但是中小企业有好多自身方面的优势:机动灵活,善于应变;组织机构简单,工作效率较高;勇于创新,富于进取等等。然而,中小企业的这种优势是潜在的、可能的,而其存在的劣势却是现实的、必然的。在当今激烈的市场竞争中,中小企业是不是就一定缺乏竞争力呢?中小企业又如何回避自身的劣势,扬长避短,利用自身可能实现的优势呢?
Among the existing enterprises in our country, most are small and medium enterprises. For small and medium enterprises, they are far inferior to large enterprises in terms of manpower, material resources and financial resources. However, SMEs have many advantages in their own right: they are flexible and adaptable; they have simple organizational structure and high working efficiency; they are brave in innovation and full of progress. However, this advantage of SMEs is potential and possible, but its disadvantages are real and inevitable. In today's fierce market competition, SMEs are not necessarily lack of competitiveness? How SMEs to avoid their own disadvantages, avoid weaknesses, the use of their own potential advantages?
