本文使用锻炼感觉量表 (EFI)和心理健康诊断测验 (MHT)研究工具 ,通过实验比较的方法 ,旨在研究中、小学生参与不同项目锻炼的心理效应及其与心理健康之间的关系。实验结果表明 :不同年龄、性别的中小学生参与不同项目锻炼的心理效应和运动愉快感存在差异。身体锻炼有助于调节学生身心矛盾 ,增强心理健康。
In this paper, EFI and MHT research tools are used to study the psychological effects of primary and secondary school students participating in different items of exercise and their relationship with mental health through experimental comparison. The experimental results show that there are differences between the psychological effects and the sense of pleasure of the students of different ages and genders participating in different items of exercise. Physical exercise helps to regulate students’ physical and mental conflicts and enhance mental health.
