钢筋冷挤压连接技术是国外工业发达国家70年代开发的新技术。它是钢筋连接的一种机械连接方法。即通过轻便式压接机,将套在待接的两根变形钢筋上的连接套筒挤压变形,紧紧咬住变形钢筋的横肋形成一体,以达到钢筋连接的目的。据日本神钢对钢筋挤压接头的鉴定认为,该种接头的可靠性优于焊接接头。我院于1986年在国内首次研制开发出钢筋冷挤压连接技术和成套设备,并广泛应用于“中央电视台发射塔”、“中日友好大厦”、“渔阳饭店”等大型重点工程中,连接接头近6万个,合格率百分之百。据专家鉴定认为,该技术居国内领先地位并达到国际水平。
The steel bar cold extrusion connection technology is a new technology developed by foreign industrial countries in the 70s. It is a mechanical connection method for reinforcing steel connections. That is, through the portable crimping machine, the connecting sleeve sleeved on the two deformed rebars to be connected is squeezed and deformed, and the transverse ribs of the deformed rebar are tightly bitten into one body so as to achieve the purpose of connecting the reinforcing bars. According to Japan Kobelco’s assessment of rebar joints, the reliability of the joints is better than that of welded joints. In 1986, our institute first researched and developed steel cold extrusion connection technology and complete sets of equipment. It is widely used in large-scale key projects such as “China Central Television Tower,” “China-Japan Friendship Building” and “Yuyang Hotel”. Nearly 60,000 joints are connected, and the passing rate is 100%. According to expert appraisals, this technology ranks a leading position in China and reaches the international level.
