糖尿病性视网膜病变（ＤＲ）的机理至今未明［１］。近年有人发现血清脂蛋白（α）〔ＬＰ（α）〕与糖尿病有密切关系［２］，且是ＤＲ的危险因子［３～５］。为此我们对１０９例老年、中老年２型糖尿病患者的ＬＰ（α）等有关指标进行了检测和观察，旨在研究其与ＤＲ的关系。
The mechanism of diabetic retinopathy (DR) is still unknown [1]. In recent years, it was found that serum lipoprotein (α) [LP (α)〕 and diabetes are closely related [2], and is a risk factor for DR [3-5]. To this end, we detected and observed LP (α) and other related indicators in 109 elderly and middle-aged and elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus to study their relationship with DR.
