以我校09届的初三年级三、四班和七、八班男生为研究对象(我校两个班为一个教学班),进行分组互助教学模式的教学实验。实验结果表明,分组互助式教学模式优于普通教学模式,加快学生掌握教授的技术动作进程,有效提高身体素质和运动技能,增强了学生的团队精神和合作意识,增进了学生的交往能力和社会适应能力,有助于改善学生的心理适应能力,实现个性、综合能力培养目标和教学过程最优化,进一步提高了体育教学质量。
Taking the third and fourth classes and the seventh and eighth class boys of 09th grade of our school as the research object (two classes of our school are a teaching class), we carry out teaching experiment of grouping mutual teaching mode. The experimental results show that the group teaching mode is better than the ordinary teaching mode, speed up the students master the process of technical movements, improve physical fitness and motor skills, enhance students ’sense of teamwork and cooperation, and improve students’ social skills and social skills Adaptability, help to improve students’ psychological adaptability, to achieve individuality, comprehensive ability training objectives and teaching process optimization, to further improve the quality of physical education.
