通过3年的调查、分析发现:西藏自治区拉萨市、林芝地区、日喀则地区、山南地区等四地市青稞主产区土壤中共分布有AM真菌菌种6个属24个种,其中,林芝地区分布有5个属17个种,拉萨市分布有4个属11个种,日喀则地区分布有5个属16个种,山南地区分布有4个属7个种。摩西球囊霉G.mosseae在西藏青稞农田土壤中出现频度最高,为80%,适应性较强,为优势种;聚丛球囊霉G.aggregatum、根内球囊霉G.intraradices两个种的分离频度分别为50%、45%,为西藏青稞主产区土壤中的最常见种。
Through 3 years of investigation and analysis, we found that there are 24 species of 6 genera of AM fungi distributed in the soil of the main producing areas of Lhasa, Nyingchi, Shigatse and Shannan in Tibet Autonomous Region. Among them, There are 5 genera and 17 species, Lhasa city has 4 genera and 11 species, Shigatse region has 5 genera and 16 species, and Shannan region has 4 genera and 7 species. G. mosseae appeared the highest frequency in the soil of Tibetan barley farmland with 80% and strong adaptability as dominant species; G.aggregatum, G.intraradices The frequency of species separation is 50% and 45% respectively, which is the most common species in soils of the main producing areas of Tibetan barley.
