本文研究了聚乙烯稻草纤维复合材料的拉伸性能、弯曲性能和冲击韧性 ,并采用裂纹表面扩展功评价稻草纤维与聚合物基体之间的相互作用和采用扫描电镜直接观察其冲击断面稻草纤维在基体材料中的分布状态和被包裹状态。研究结果表明 :采用聚丙烯酸酯处理剂可以有效地提高稻草纤维在树脂基体中的分散状况 ;在复合材料体系中引入MAPE可以提高稻草纤维和聚合物基体之间的相互作用 ,提高材料的综合性能。
In this paper, the tensile properties, flexural properties and impact toughness of polyethylene straw fiber composites were studied. The interaction between straw fiber and polymer matrix was evaluated by the crack surface extension work and the scanning electron microscope The distribution of the matrix material and the state of being encapsulated. The results show that the polyacrylate treatment agent can effectively improve the dispersion of straw fiber in the resin matrix. The introduction of MAPE in the composite system can improve the interaction between the straw fiber and the polymer matrix and improve the overall performance of the material .
