湖南安全技术职业学院(长沙煤矿安全技术培训中心)由国家安监总局与湖南省人民政府共同组建,湖南省安监局、湖南煤监局共同管理,主要通过学历教育、安全培训、技术服务等形式服务安全生产,培养应用人才。近年来,学院、中心针对重点行业、重点时段、重点区域,主动走进一线,加大培训力度,探索了“送教上门”、“安全文化三下乡”等安全培训新模式。安全培训工作中,学院、中心摸索出了哪些经验,下一步将如何更好地服务于安全生产工作?
