基层领导干部是我们日常生活当中接触相对较多的工作人员,他们的工作作风直接影响了人们对我党执政能力以及执政素质的看法。基层领导干部工作范围有一定的广度,他们的日常工作也是比较辛苦的。但这并不是某些基层领导干部工作作风不当的借口,与此相对应的是,基层领导干部应该在工作中树立良好的作风习惯,并且建设好长效机制。这样才有利于自身仕途进一步的前进,更有利于百姓生活质量水平的提高。
The leading cadres at the grassroots level are those workers who have relatively more contacts with our daily life. Their working style has a direct bearing on people’s perception of our party’s ability to govern and on its ruling qualities. The work scope of leading cadres at the grassroots level has a certain breadth. Their daily work is also relatively hardworking. However, this is not an excuse for improper working style of some leading cadres at the grassroots level. Correspondingly, grassroots leading cadres should establish good habits and habits in their work and build a long-term mechanism.
