应用冷冻断裂复型电镜技术,对正常雄性家兔曲细精管的变态期精子细胞进行了研究。作者发现其顶体膜厚度均匀,EF 面膜内微粒较少,顶体内容物呈均质性,仅含少量颗粒;细胞核的非顶体形成区,核膜较厚,有散在核孔,核膜间隙宽,核膜易被劈裂;细胞核的顶体形成区,核表面平滑,无核孔,内外核膜贴附紧密,核膜间隙狭窄,核膜不易被劈裂。作者认为上述结构的特异性反映了其机能的特异性,并就此进行了简短讨论。
Frozen fracture multi-electron microscopy was used to study the abnormal spermatids in seminiferous tubules of normal male rabbits. The authors found that the acrosome thickness is uniform, the number of microparticles in the EF mask is small, the content of the acrosome is homogeneous and contains only a few particles, the non-acrosome formation area of the nucleus, the thicker nuclear membrane, the scattered nuclear pore and the nuclear membrane The gap is wide and the nuclear membrane is easily cleaved.
