长春市朝阳区結核病防治所最近热烈討論了門診制度革命化問题。大家一致认为必須高举毛泽东思想紅旗,打破框框,才能对旧制度来一翻革新。过去患者每晨不到7点半就挂号排队候診、透視和体格检查,第2天送痰驗血,第3天(或因拍X綫片时間限制,要到第4天)才能看結果。这样的制度,使病人等待时間太长,請假往返,影响生产,病人深感不便。
Chaoyang District, Changchun Tuberculosis Prevention and Control recently heated discussions on the out-patient system revolution. All agreed that we must hold high the Red Flag of Mao Tse-tung Thought and break the box in order to make a revolution in the old system. Patients in the past less than 7:30 every morning on the registration line waiting, fluoroscopy and physical examination, the first 2 days of sputum blood test, the first 3 days (or due to filming X-ray film time limit, to the fourth day) to see the results . Such a system enables patients to wait too long, leave from work and affect production, and the patients are deeply inconvenienced.
