目的 观察拜糖平和二甲双胍对II型糖尿病患者空腹血糖和餐后血糖的不同作用 ,对胰岛素分泌和肝肾功能及血脂的影响。方法 将单纯饮食控制或加用磺脲类药物治疗不满意的II型糖尿病患者 80例随机分为拜糖平组 4 8例和二甲双胍组 32例 ,疗程为 16周。结果 二甲双胍对降空腹血糖的作用优于拜糖平(有效率分别为 96.9%、85.7% ,显效率分别为 71.9%、4 7.6% ,P均 <0 .0 1) ,而拜糖平对降餐后 2小时血糖的作用优于二甲双胍 (有效率分别为 97.6%、93.8% ,显效率分别为 71.4 %、65.6% ,P均 <0 .0 1)。结论 两药均能明显降低血糖 ,拜糖平组从 9.19± 2 .78降至 6.76± 1.33(P <0 .0 1) ,二甲双胍组从 9.2 3± 1.89降至 7.15± 1.2 4 (P <0 .0 1)。两药相比对降低血糖的作用差别无统计学意义 (P >0 .50 )。两种药物均不刺激胰岛素的分泌 ,对肝肾功能和血脂无影响
OBJECTIVE To observe the different effects of etoposide and metformin on fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose in patients with type 2 diabetes and on insulin secretion, liver and kidney function and blood lipid. Methods A total of 80 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were not satisfied with diet control or sulfonylurea treatment were randomly divided into the treatment group (QBOXP) and metformin (32 cases) for 16 weeks. Results The effect of metformin on fasting plasma glucose was better than that of omeprazole (effective rates were 96.9% and 85.7%, respectively, the effective rates were 71.9% and 47.6%, respectively, P <0.01) 2 hours postprandial blood glucose better than metformin (effective rates were 97.6%, 93.8%, respectively, markedly effective rates were 71.4%, 65.6%, P all <0.01). Conclusion Both drugs can significantly reduce the blood sugar, with the sugar level decreased from 9.19 ± 2.78 to 6.76 ± 1.33 (P <0.01), metformin group decreased from 9.23 ± 1.89 to 7.15 ± 1.24 (P <0 .0 1). There was no significant difference between the two drugs in lowering blood glucose (P> 0.05). Both drugs do not stimulate insulin secretion, no effect on liver and kidney function and blood lipids
