针对当前刮板输送机存在电机功率分配不均的问题,推导和绘制了电机与耦合器的联合特性方程与曲线。在此基础上,分析对比了稳态运行条件下电机和减速器之间分别采用刚性联接和耦合器联接时双机驱动刮板输送机的功率分配机理及其影响因素,旨在为刮板输送机驱动设备的配置和相关软启动产品的开发提供理论参考。
Aiming at the problem of uneven distribution of motor power in scraper conveyor, the equations and curves of the joint characteristic between motor and coupler are deduced and drawn. On this basis, the power distribution mechanism and its influencing factors of double-driven scraper conveyor when the rigid coupling and the coupler are connected respectively between the motor and the decelerator under steady-state operating conditions are analyzed and compared, Machine driver equipment configuration and related soft-start product development provides a theoretical reference.
