科技创新是个始于市场、终于市场,不同主体和机构间复杂的相互作用的社会过程。是生产要素的重新组合。科技创新是企业生命的源泉。对企业来说,创新包括科技创新、机制创新、品牌创新、文化创新,其中最为重要的是科技创新。江泽民同志最近指出:“要迎接科学技术突飞猛进和知识经济迅速兴起的挑战,最重要的是坚持创新,勇于创新”。国家的进步与发展需要创新,油田的发展同样离不开创新。这是因为油田勘探开发程度越来越高,难度越来越大,成本长期居高不下,特别是股份公司上市后,面对的压力很大,更需要依靠科技创新,提高勘探开发研究水平和效益,只有这样,油田才能保持旺盛的活力和强大的竞争力。为此,我们专门就华北油田勘探开发研究院科技创新现状进行了调查和分析,提出了加强科技创新的对策和建议。

The development of the oilfield can not be separated from innovation. This is because the exploration and development of oilfields are getting more and more difficult and more and more difficult, and the costs are long-term high. Especially after the listing of the stock companies, there is a great deal of pressure to rely on scientific and technological innovation to improve the level of exploration and development research. Efficiency, the only way the oil field to maintain strong vitality and strong competitiveness. To this end, we conducted a special investigation and analysis of the status quo of scientific and technological innovation of the Exploration and Production Research Institute of Huabei Oilfield and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening scientific and technological innovation.
