对50例活动性肺结核患者及33例正常对照者进行红细胞免疫功能检测,结果活动性肺结核患者红细胞C_3b受体(RC_3b)花环率及免疫复合物(RIC)花环率两项指标均低于对照组。经治疗好转后,RC_3b花环率上升较快,前后变化差异显著,而RIC花环率前后变化无显著性差异,但治疗后的两项指标仍低于对照组,且具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。提示患者红细胞免疫粘附功能低下,恢复过程缓慢,动态观察RC3b受体花环率更具实际意义。
Erythrocyte immune function was detected in 50 patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis and 33 normal controls. The results showed that the index of rosette of RBC and rosette of C_3b receptor (RC_3b) and rosette of immune complex (RIC) in patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis were lower than those in control group . After treatment, the rate of RC_3b rosette increased rapidly and there was significant difference before and after, while there was no significant difference in RIC rosette rate before and after treatment, but the two indexes after treatment were still lower than those in control group (P <0.01) ). Suggesting that patients with erythrocyte immune adhesion dysfunction, the recovery process is slow, dynamic observation of RC3b receptor rosette rate more practical significance.
