Objective: To explore and analyze primary hospital to strengthen pre-hospital emergency response mode. Methods: A cluster sampling method was used to select 56 emergency patients who did not strengthen the pre-hospital emergency response mode from May 2013 to June 2014 in Deqing People’s Hospital as the control group, and after June 2014, In the first aid response mode, 56 cases of emergency patients were led by the administrative command mode and the emergency physicians were the main body. They were affiliated to the second-level hospitals with the most comprehensive comprehensive strength in the county. At the same time, they were added to the emergency coordination platform of the county as observing group to observe And compared the mortality of two groups of patients, as well as two groups of pre-hospital emergency exit preparation time, emergency response time. Results: The average time of alarm in the observation group was 40.1 ± 6.2 s at night, 41.3 ± 4.3 s at night, 14.3 ± 2.1 min at day and 15.2 ± 3.5 min at night, The mean time of alarm was (43.2 ± 5.4) s in night and 45.4 ± 5.5 in night, the average response time was 16.4 ± 3.3 min in day and 17.3 ± 6.4 min in night, respectively, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: The pre-hospital emergency response mode in grassroots hospitals can effectively shorten the average out-time and average response time of pre-hospital emergency. The emergency doctor’s rescue skills are higher than those of general practitioners, significantly improving the quality of pre-hospital emergency care and reducing the mortality rate.
