众知水液的代谢,全赖脏腑的气化.人以五谷为本,入胃,经脏腑的功能活动,分清别浊,清者上升,浊者下降,如此循环,以维持人体水液代谢的平衡.若脏腑功能紊乱,气……化失常,水不化精,则停聚而为胀为肿.故张仲景曰:“凡治肿者,必先治水;治水者,必先治气.”(《景岳全书》)精辟地论述了理气在水肿病治疗中的重要作用.他又指出:“凡水肿等证,乃肺脾肾三脏相关之病.盖水为至阴,故其本在肾;水化于气,故其标在肺;水惟畏土,故其制在脾.”以理气又分主次,尤以肺脾肾为主.且三焦为决渎之官,主通水道,故调气又当兼顾三焦.笔者就治水先治气谈论几点体会,如下.
