应用症状自评量表(SCL—90)心理测量量表,对某大型电子制造企业生产线“90后员工”进行抽样调研,了解电子制造业生产一线“90后员工”群体心理健康状况,并对不同类型员工进行分类分析。研究表明,电子制造业生产一线“90后员工”心理健康异常情况明显高于全国常模,其中焦虑、强迫和人际关系敏感是最严重心理问题;不同类型员工心理健康情况存在显着差异,男性员工心理异常高于女性,产线作业员心理异常现明显高于管理人员,外来务工人员心理异常高于本地员工,同时,不同类型员工心理异常因子也存在明显差异。
