体育课程改革的关键在教师,新课程对体育教师专业技能提出新的要求。本文分析目前高校体育教师存在的不足,探讨新课程改革下体育教师专业技能提升的有效途径,以期为体育教育工作者提供参考和借鉴。
The key to the reform of physical education curriculum lies in teachers. The new curriculum puts forward new requirements on the professional skills of physical education teachers. This article analyzes the current shortage of physical education teachers in colleges and universities, and discusses the effective ways to improve the professional skills of physical education teachers under the new curriculum reform so as to provide references for PE educators.
