杭州钢铁厂在1984年上半年开始对轧钢加热炉按冶金部规定的加热炉等级标准,建立了分等级的节能奖考核办法。新办法以二等炉为基准,处在二等炉这一级,每节约标准煤奖6元;一等炉级每吨奖9元;特等炉级每吨奖12元,分级计奖。若燃耗达不到二等炉级的,每超耗1t标准煤罚6元。
