为了研究NaCl预处理对低温下苏拉威西凤果生理指标的影响,探讨提高苏拉威西凤果耐寒性的最适NaCl预处理浓度。采用不同浓度(0.4%、0.8%、1.2%)NaCl预处理苏拉威西凤果3年生实生苗,分析了各处理在低温胁迫下叶片表观特征、主要渗透调节物质(可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖)含量、总叶绿素含量、抗氧化酶(SOD、POD)活性、相对电导率和丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化。结果表明:经不同浓度的NaCl预处理后,苏拉威西凤果耐寒性表现出明显差异,0.8%NaCl预处理的叶片表观最好,叶绿素、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖含量和SOD活性均最高。综合表观特征和生理指标,推断0.8%NaCl预处理(盆土实际盐度为0.455%)能有效提高苏拉威西凤果的耐寒性。
In order to study the effects of NaCl pretreatment on the physiological indices of Sulawesi fruit at low temperature, the optimum NaCl concentration to improve the cold resistance of Sulawesi fruit was discussed. The three-year-old seedlings of Sulaweshed phoenix fruit were pretreated with different concentrations of NaCl (0.4%, 0.8%, 1.2%), and the apparent characteristics of the leaves, the main osmolytes (soluble protein, soluble sugar ) Content, total chlorophyll content, antioxidant enzyme activity (SOD, POD), relative conductivity and MDA content. The results showed that the cold tolerance of Siberian Sophorus obviously differed after pretreated with different concentrations of NaCl. The leaves pretreated with 0.8% NaCl showed the best apparent chlorophyll, soluble protein, soluble sugar content and SOD activity . According to the comprehensive characteristics and physiological indexes, we conclude that 0.8% NaCl pretreatment (actual soil salinity 0.455%) can effectively improve the cold tolerance of Sulawesi fruit.
